Managed IT services for Jacksonville businesses
You'll know our names. We'll know your network.
Advanced IT Support has looked after small and midsize businesses in Jacksonville since 2014. We are locally owned, our office is on Salisbury Road in Southpoint, and when you call, you get someone who already knows your setup.
“Super friendly local staff. Very knowledgeable. They help our company with all of our IT needs and are very fast responding to any request. They provide both on site and remote assistance. Highly recommend their services.”

Most businesses call us for one of three reasons
You have been holding it together yourself
Someone has been doing the IT alongside their real job. The office manager, the owner, the one person who happens to be good with computers. It worked fine at eight people. At twenty five it is a second full time job nobody has time for, and things start slipping.
You have a provider and it has stopped working
Maybe the local firm you signed with got bought, and the technician who knew your network left eight months ago. Maybe tickets just bounce between people and nothing gets owned. Either way you are explaining your setup from scratch every time, and the scanner still does not scan.
Something broke and it was expensive
Three days of downtime. Ransomware. An email account compromised and invoices quietly going to the wrong bank. Most people call us after the first one of these, and every conversation afterwards is about making sure there is not a second.
Any of those is a fine reason to pick up the phone. What you get is one local team, the same people every time, and somebody whose job is to own the thing until it is fixed.
Hear it from someone who made the switch
“It doesn’t keep me awake at night. I know they’re there to protect our systems.”

Where would you like us to start?
IT support
The whole environment, handled. Monitoring, maintenance, patching, and someone accountable for all of it.
IT consulting
What to replace, when, and what it will cost. Migrations, projects, and the budget conversation before the budget year.
Cybersecurity
Risk assessment, endpoint protection, email security, and the training that stops most of it at the door.
Helpdesk
The part you actually touch. Who answers, what hours, and where a ticket goes when the first person cannot fix it.
Cloud and Microsoft 365
Migrations, tenant setup, licensing that matches what you actually use, and support afterward.
Co-managed IT
You have someone internal. We cover the gaps, the after hours, and the projects they do not have time for.

What other clients say
“I highly recommend the team at Advanced IT Support. I’ve been using Jeremiah Dillingham and team for years and they are super dependable and knowledgeable. The team is always responsive and they provide fast dependable service. They recently helped me with a business location move and were top notch throughout the strategy planning and new site planning to the actual day of installation, moving of all computers, printers, phones, modems, and coordination with Comcast Business. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my IT needs. These guys are great at their job!“

Who we are a good fit for
We work best with businesses running roughly 5 to 100 users. Windows, Mac, or a mix of both. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
We support accounting and CPA firms, medical and dental practices, veterinary clinics, law firms, logistics and transportation companies, property managers, and nonprofits across Northeast Florida. If you are in a regulated industry, we handle the evidence and documentation side as a managed service rather than a one time project.
If you are a two person shop or a 400 seat enterprise, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
What this usually costs
Fair question, and there is a calculator on the site that answers it rather than a form that makes you ask.
Managed IT is priced per user, per month, and the rate per user comes down as you add people. Servers, a security bundle and the number of locations each move the total, and there is a nonprofit rate. Co-managed is priced differently again, because you are bringing part of the work yourself.
Project work is billed hourly, at a lower rate for managed clients than for everyone else. Onboarding is a separate one time project fee, quoted once we have seen what we are taking on.
If a monthly plan is not right for you yet, we still do break and fix work, and we will say so if that is the better fit.
Where we go
Our office is at 4237 Salisbury Road, Suite 208, in Southpoint. From there we cover Jacksonville and Duval County, including Baymeadows, Deerwood, the Butler Boulevard corridor, Riverside, Mandarin, and the Beaches.
We also support businesses in St. Augustine, Clay County including Orange Park and Fleming Island, and across the Georgia line in Brunswick and Waycross.
Most of what we do is remote, because most problems are faster to fix that way. When something needs hands on it, we drive.
